Saturday rental schedule, 7 night minimum stay
Check-in is Saturday at 4:00 PM ( 16:00 hr)
Check-out is Saturday at 10:00 AM ( 10:00 hr)
Smoking and pets are NOT permitted inside the home.
A $500 per week advance payment will hold a reservation.
$500 will be held as a security deposit and the balance can be applied to the final rent payment.
The rent balance is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
The security deposit is refundable after inspection.
There is an 11% tax.

Cancellation allowed up to 90 days prior to scheduled arrival with advance payment refund less a $100 administrative fee.
No refunds are given for a cancellation within 90 days of scheduled arrival or after final payment is made unless home is re-booked for that period. We suggest our available travel insurance to cover cancellations due to health or weather related issues.
