2315 South Seas Plantation is a deluxe Gulf Front condo at South Seas Plantation with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. One of the bathrooms is private for the master bedroom.

This South Seas Plantation villa offers an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as instant access to Captiva's white sugar sand beach.

Located on Captiva Island, this, South Seas Plantation property is professionally decorated with added amenities to reflect a finished, comfortable home rather than a typical rental unit. Three large sliding glass doors open from the living room to the lanai with a spectacular view of the beach and the Gulf.

The Kitchen are fully equipped for your entertainment pleasure. Dining choices include the dining room or the screened, furnished lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, or one of the many restaurants in Captiva's classic village.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room offers 2 twin beds. The sofa opens up for use as a queen sleeper. There is a cable TV and VCR, a book and video library for your entertainment pleasure.

The lanai is a great place for a romantic dinner or to begin your day while taking in the cool gentle breezes from the Gulf of Mexico and tropical vegetation. A ceiling fan compliments the air conditioning or the breeze from the Gulf of Mexico.

These South Seas Plantation condos are rented privately. South Seas Resort may restrict use of some of the South Seas Resort amenities like the golf course, kid’s camp, and some of the internal restaurants. There may be an additional court time charge for tennis. You will have access to the beach, pool and tennis courts…and great village restaurants and shops.

Two bedroom with loft and three bedroom options may also be available for families with 6 or 8 people. Some offer an additional half or full bath.
