• Large Master bedroom suite: 1 Olympic queen bed (6 inches wider than a queen bed) – only room one flight up with all other rooms on the main floor, reachable by wheel-chair ramp or a few steps.
• Beach-side guest bedroom:  king size bed; can accommodate a cot for a child
• Front-side guest bedroom: 2 queen size beds
• Good size bedroom has 1 queen size sleep sofa
• Living room has 1 queen size sleep sofa
• Family room has a large ottoman which opens to a twin sleeper.

The Guest House (is within 100' of main house and pool, up one flight  (no wheelchair access), has 2 full bathrooms) sleeps up to 8 as follows:

• Large  guest bedroom: 2 queen beds 
• Guest bedroom: 1 queen size bed
• Family room has 1 queen size sleep

Miscellaneous: There is a floating large leather ottoman which is actually convertible to a twin bed and can be placed in several locations, two "luxury" aero beds, one queen, one twin.

Nestled on the beach this luxury Captiva vacation home is breathtaking with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico ~ and the famous Captiva sunsets from most of the rooms. You can lounge in the sun by your own private pool or spend the day at one of the most famous shelling beaches in the world!

A palm tree lined drive takes you toward the main house. The guesthouse is on the right side, separated from the main house by the large 44 x 22 foot screened and heated pool with spa.

Bali Hi has a large living room with a fireplace, vaulted wood ceilings, 42” plasma TV/DVD and has a view to the Gulf beach. A covered lanai is adjacent to the large, heated pool.

The custom kitchen is equipped with granite counters, large Sub-Zero refrigerator, gas cooktop, and Jenn-Air grill. Even a professional chef would feel at home here! The formal dining room comfortably seats 8-10. The dining room and outside dining deck offer a Gulf view.

The master bedroom located on the second floor of the main house offers a romantic setting with a Jacuzzi bath, TV/DVD, a gas remote control fireplace and two decks, one overlooking the pool and one with a direct Gulf front view. Two guest bedrooms are on the first floor each has a private bath and TV. The den/office has a queen sleeper sofa and half bath.

The guesthouse is available by renting the entire estate. Located just across the pool area, the guesthouse offers two bedrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

The beach is only 25 yards away along the private beach path. Captiva’s beach is public, but Bali Hi is located in the exclusive estate section of the island where beach access is limited to only those staying in this area. Most of the time the beach is private
